Heidi Montag’s Engagement Ring Is A Fake-Sorta

Okay so it does have diamonds. In fact the center stone is surrounded by diamonds. Yeah about that center stone. It’s not actually a diamond as touted by Spencer. He’s been telling everyone that it’s a pink diamond. The stone is in fact a lavender Amethyst. Spencer bought the ring from the Ice Accessory store at the Brentwood Mall where it retails for $2,890. That price tag is certainly is nothing to sneeze at but surely Spencer didn’t think he was going to get away with it? He bought it from a store in the mall! Someone was bound to recognize it. To top is off he tried to borrow pal Brody Jenner’s(Brody said no) credit card to actually pay for the ring.

    He nauseates me. I think the whole engagement thing is just to get him more attention on the show and more publicity for himself. I REALLY doubt that they will actually get married (and hope that they do not), unless they get money for it to air on MTV and then I am sure Spencer will be all for it.

    ok so… i went online and looked at some of the rings that looked just like heidi’s ring and the most exspenive one was 3.300 and the lowest price was 25.00 dollars. only spencer and brody know really how much the ring cost… but most likly it is fake. oh ya he didn’t even ask her he just gave it to her. my opion it’s FAKE.

    Actually we do know exactly how much it cost because we know what store she got it from and what ring it was. So yeah that number is correct. The problem is that the actual store that sells the ring has it’s site under construction.
